Due to the intimate and personal nature of Somna collections, including sensual oils, massage candles, wellness items, restraints, bedding accessories, and body adornments, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for opened, used, handled, or unsealed items.

This policy protects the hygiene, privacy, and safety of every customer. Every Somna order is packed so that customers receive products in pristine, untampered condition.

Change-of-Mind Returns

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases once an item has been opened, unsealed, handled, used, or removed from its original protective packaging.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will help resolve the issue with a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation and product availability.

To file a claim, please contact us within 7 calendar days of the courier delivery date.

Your order number

Clear photos of the item and packaging

A short video showing the issue if the item has a functional defect

Once our team verifies the issue, we will provide the most appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.

Refund Timing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

This policy does not limit any non-excludable consumer rights that may apply under your local laws.
