Discreet Packaging and Privacy
At Somna, your privacy is our priority. Every order is shipped in discreet, unbranded exterior packaging.
Your order will arrive in a plain brown box or standard courier mailer. There will be no sensitive words, adult-related descriptions, explicit logos, or product details shown on the outside of the package.
The sender name may appear discreetly as "S.W. Logistics Center" or another neutral fulfillment name to protect your privacy from courier personnel, neighbors, roommates, or family members.
Inside the plain shipping layer, your Somna products may be packed in minimalist inner packaging designed to feel refined, private, and gift-ready.
Order Processing Time
Please allow 1 to 3 business days for our team to inspect, pack, and prepare your order before dispatch.
Processing may take slightly longer during major holidays, peak logistics periods, or promotional events.
Estimated Shipping Time
United States: 6 to 10 business days after dispatch
Europe: 7 to 12 business days after dispatch
Other international destinations: 7 to 15 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and local customs processing
Please note that customs inspections, severe weather, courier delays, or peak shipping seasons may occasionally cause delays beyond the estimated delivery window.
Shipping Rates
We offer free discreet standard shipping on orders over $50 USD.
For orders under $50 USD, the available shipping rate will be calculated and shown clearly at checkout.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International shipments may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes depending on the destination country or region. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please first check with your local courier, building reception, mailroom, neighbors, or household members. If you still cannot locate it, contact us through our Contact page and we will help review the situation.
